  • 300 for a flowing reception. We have 220 cross back chairs for your guests to sit comfortably. There is an upstairs overflow area that we set out round tables upstairs. Most guest sit around the farmhouse tables on the main floor. 200 guest fill the room for a dinner. Of course inside and outside have wonderful options for dining and visiting.

  • The two bartending services are COPA and Cheers and Swizzles. You must choose one or the other. Unless you book with Culinary Crafts who provide their own bartender services.

    Caterers that we suggest take great care of you and your guests and they clean the kitchen when they are done. Most provide a Carry Out Box for you as well.

  • All fireworks must be approved through the local and county fire department and only in the winter.

    Sparklers are allowed on front patio - torches provided.

    Cold sparks are allowed outdoors only.

  • Yes, all south facing doors can be left open for an inside outside feel. East and West doors depend on the traffic and air flow. There are 4 AC units and 4 heaters so temperatures should always stay comfortable for you and your guests.

  • We do have flexibility in the mornings*. The 10:00 pm however, is a noise ordinance the city has so we can’t extend the celebration later.

  • All dog approvals must go through management and discussed in detail, most only stay for the outdoor ceremony with a handler then leave shortly after family pictures are finished.
