Venue Rental Includes:

12 - Farmhouse 9’x40” can seat up to 12 guests each. Your choice of runner.
1 - 5’ Sweetheart farmhouse table
220 Crossback restaurant quality chairs
Buffet tables, cake table, gift table, sign in table and your choice of linens.
Overflow round tables and linens in white or ivory.
Inventory decor, table runners, candles (floating, pillar and tapered), card box, bud vases, chalkboards, frames, greenery and more.
Cake stands and serving set. Drink dispensers, carafes.
China is available for rent. $5/per
We set up the chairs and the arch with drapes in your location of preference on the property for you.
Connect your play list via bluetooth. surround sound system or party box for dancing. Mic and speaker included. TV on wheels also included.
DJ’s, Bands, String instruments are all welcome as long as they are licensed and insured.

A team member will be here for the entire day to help with your order of events and guide your vendors to know where to set up.
Don’t stress if you have enough time to get ready and if your vendors will be stressed setting up. With our full day 10:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m hours there is plenty of time to get ready together, have a ceremony, luncheon and reception without racing against the clock.

Basic Decor Set Up - Included

Don’t worry about spending on odds and ends that you’l never use again. Full access to our Something Borrow Room allows you freedom in the personal touches that celebrate you as a couple. Basics include candles, table runners, votives, bud vases*, card box, chalkboards & pens, cake stand and serving set, 5 table linens - cake table- sign in - buffet tables, and green garlands. Chances are if you ask for specific decor, we may have something to accommodate that too. Did we mention it is set up before 10:00 am the day of your wedding?
Spacious Bride's Room

With room for everyone, you wont need to worry about space with getting ready, three back lit mirrors, two large mirrors and one more ensures everyone has be fit checked. Stunning chandelier makes you feel like royalty. We allow you to come early so there won’t be any need to be stressing. Mini fridge is stocked to keep you ladies hydrated. On suite bathroom allows you not to have to leave until you are ready for the aisle.
Groom's Room

The fellas need a place too! Their lounge includes:
- Stocked beverage mini fridge
- Full length mirror
- Wall hooks for suits
- Large TV & couch
- Private bathroom
- Table with chairs

We include the use of our:

Host your event with plenty of space inside and outside. Different layouts for different events. Ceremony for 150, dinner for 200 etc. No problem! Our team is here to help flip we just ask you to allow enough time in the timeline to do so.

Whether you have a micro-wedding or larger 150 guests you have options
Indoors: Fireplace, West wall window *smaller guest count inside
Outdoors : You choose between Garden Ceremony, Grapevines, or Mountain View.

Pioneer Cabin

Harvested here in Mapleton, this 1888 cabin was the historical home of the Springville Blanchard family. Purchased and brought to this property almost 20 years ago, reminds us of how small beginnings with hard work that anything is possible. The grandson of the original homeowner had used it to repair bicycles of the neighborhood children prior to its current location. Service to our community is very important to our family.
